The Ministry of Culture and Sports Ephorate of Antiquities of Arta is under the General Directorate of Antiquities and Cultural Heritage of the Ministry of Culture and Sports. It is responsible for all the monuments of prehistoric to post-Byzantine times in the city, but also in the Regional unit of Arta.
